As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I am experienced and licensed to treat not only couples and families, but individuals as well.

I obtained my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. After wearing many different hats, I found my passion and joy for counseling people during some of the most difficult times of their lives. I specialize in premarital counseling, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and difficult life changes.

Although change and expression can be difficult, I do my best to help my clients find joy and even fun in each session.
